Minibus rental is a service that allows you to rent minibuses of different sizes and purposes for short or longer periods of time. This service is particularly suitable for people working in the film industry, as well as for those who want to transport a larger number of items from one place to another. The minibuses are comfortable and spacious, with modern amenities such as air conditioning, audiovisual systems and LED lighting.
Renting a minibus in Vilnius without a driver gives you more flexibility, as you can get where you need to go without additional charges for the driver. We can rent minibuses that weigh up to 3,500 kg, so you can rent them with confidence if you have a category B licence.

The prices for minibus hire are shown below.

A regular minibus – 1 night in Lithuania:

• 300 km – 50 Eur
• 400 km – 60 Eur
• 500 km – 70 Eur
• 600 km – 80 Eur

You can drive as many kilometres as you need, without any limits, but the rental price will increase according to the kilometres travelled, not the daily rate.
We offer significant discounts for longer rentals. Please contact us individually for the amount of the discount, which will depend on the number of days required, the distance travelled and other factors.

Simple minibus – 1 month in Lithuania:

Approximately €1,000.

Plain van in Europe:
Prices are negotiated individually. The price depends on how far you are travelling to Europe, which country you are travelling to, how much weight you are carrying and how many days you are renting the coach. For minibus rental abroad, please contact us individually or leave an enquiry.

• 600 km – 90 Eur

Coach with hut and lift in Europe:

Prices are negotiated individually. The price depends on the distance you will be travelling, the country you will be travelling to, the weight you will be carrying and the number of days you will be renting the coach. For minibus rental abroad, please contact us individually or leave an enquiry.
For an additional fee, delivery to any city or country is possible, as well as pick-up from any city or country.
We can also rent a pallet truck/forklift.
We offer discounts for long term minibus rental.
Road vignettes are not included in the price.

Minibus rental Vilnius

MovieWheels minibuses are available to rent from Vilnius and then drive you on the route you need, whether in Lithuania or Europe. If needed, we can also deliver your minibus to another city or even another European country.
Our minibuses are clean, modern and have all the essential features and amenities such as air conditioning, rear camera, LED lights and automatic transmission. The minibuses can be driven by anyone with a category B driving licence. 2 years of driving experience and 21 years of age are sufficient.

Minibus rental abroad

We rent minibuses, coaches with a cabin and lift, and trucks abroad to European countries. Coach hire abroad is available with all types of minibus models. Coach hire is available throughout the European Union and in Western and Southern European countries outside the European Union. Crossing the border with Ukraine or Belarus requires the owner’s approved departure documents.
For your convenience, we can deliver or pick up the minibus from the desired European country at an additional cost.

What kind of minibuses and other vehicles do we rent?

• Cargo vans. These are category N1 cargo vans weighing up to 3 500 kg. They have 3 seats as standard. All vans have a rear view camera, additional LED lighting in the load compartment and anchor points for securing cargo. We also have vans with automatic gearboxes.
• Wealso have vans with a hut and lift. These are category N1 vans up to 3,500 kg. They have 3 seats as standard. All vans have a rear-view camera, additional LED lighting in the load compartment and attachment points for securing cargo.
• Trucks. As standard they have 2 seats. Trucks have a rear view camera, additional LED lighting in the load compartment and attachment points for securing the load. We also have trucks with automatic gearboxes. The trucks require a C category to drive.
• Generator. We rent standard generators as well as truck-mounted generators up to 90 kw. These generators are extremely quiet and are suitable for filming. We also rent generators on buses with an output of 18 kw. They are also quiet and very economical.
• Portable toilets. We hire portable toilets for your celebrations, for temporary work and for filming locations.
